Who let the dogs out?

A Wish Come True is continuing our “A Wish For Better” series, but this time, it’s for our furry friends!

For all the lovable cats and dogs in our lives, we decided to send a late Valentine to a wonderful animal shelter on their behaves. The Humane Society of Ocean City is dedicated to providing the highest level of compassion and service to all animals. It is the only shelter in New Jersey, and offers many programs including animal control & rescue, an adoption facility, veterinary center, humane education programs, and many more.

During the month of February we sent out a call to action to our employees and a list of supplies the HSOC is always in need of, including dog and cat food, blankets and cleaning supplies. And boy did they come through!

A Wish Come True donated:

  • 4 bags of towels
  • 6 bags of dry food
  • a few cases of wet food
  • dog bed
  • dog crate
  • lots and lots of cleaning supplies

It totaled up to one car load of love for the little orphaned animals!
